Service Requests
Submitting a form or leaving a message is a request for follow-up. Service availability, scheduling, scope, and pricing must be confirmed before dispatch or work begins.
Plumbing Service Calls
Initial service visits may require a two-hour minimum. If more time, parts, or a return visit is needed, Smart Leak Protection will communicate the next step before proceeding.
Monitoring And Smart Shutoffs
Moen Flo smart shutoff installation and monitoring options depend on property conditions, device compatibility, connectivity, and the plan selected by the customer.
