Plan scope: Moen Flo equipment and installation are purchased separately. Managed Protection includes the pre-scheduled inspection, but recommended repairs, parts, and additional plumbing labor are separate. Monitoring plans do not include internet service or guarantee that every leak or water-damage event will be prevented. Automatic and remote shutoff behavior depends on the installed system, connectivity, settings, and conditions at the property.
